Monica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor degree in Cinema Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she also worked in video production for the Illinois Department of Dance. Immediately upon graduating in December 2012, Monica spent a semester on Adjunct Faculty at the University teaching Modern, Hip Hop, and Tap.

 

She received her Graduate Certificate in Screendance from the University of Utah in 2015 and became a Certified Professional User of Final Cut Pro X. 

 

Monica was a freelance videographer and video editor in Salt Lake City, Utah from 2014 - 2016. She is currently based in Los Angeles, California.
